- Do people struggle to understand your child or do you find yourself translating what your child has said so others understand?
- Does your child use incorrect sounds to formulate a number of their words?
- Does your child sound younger than their age because of their speech?
- Does your child have difficulty speaking in phrases or complete sentences?
- Does your child struggle to answer questions people have asked them?
- Does your child struggle to share their personal stories or experiences with others because of their speech, language, vocabulary, memory or organisation?
- Does your child stutter?
- Does your child talk less often than many of his or her peers?
- Does your child have difficulty following through on your instructions, especially if you give them instructions with two or more steps?
- Does your child prefer to just play alone consistently or struggle to play with others?
- Does your child struggle with learning to read, understanding what they've read or reading fluency compared to similar age peers?
